Explanation
Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of the sub-section (1) and sub-section (2),
any member of the Agency not below the rank of Sub-Inspector authorized by the Director General on this behalf may arrest without warrant any person who has committed,
or against whom a reasonable suspicion exists that he has committed, any of the offenses referred to in subsection (1) of Section 3.
