اگر تحقیقات کرانے والی ایجنسی کے ممبر کی رائے میں کسی بھی جائیداد کو جو تفتیش کا موضوع ہے اس کو ضبط کرنے کے لئے مناسب اتھارٹی کا حکم ملنے سے قبل اسے ہٹا دیا ، منتقل کیا گیا یا دوسری صورت میں تصرف کیا گیا ہے تو ایسا ممبر ہوسکتا ہے ، تحریری طور پر آرڈر کے ذریعہ ، مالک یا کسی بھی فرد کے پاس ، جو اس وقت ملکیت میں ہے ، کسی بھی طرح سے اس طرح کی جائداد کو __________ کے پاس نہ بھیجیں ، سوائے اس ممبر کی سابقہ اجازت کے اور اس طرح کا حکم کسی بھی حکم سے مشروط ہوگا۔ اس معاملے میں عدالت کا اختیار ہے۔
